Our Journey to The Sandhills began 2 years prior to uprooting our family to Halsey.  The Minimalists, Gary Vee and Joe Rogan were instrumental podcasts that Chad listened to on a daily basis.  By learning to live with less, courage and confidence to make a move, and motivation to start a business, we were ready to make the move. 

Chad worked as a Heat and Frost Insulator for 17 years after high school.  Becci worked as a cosmetologist for 15 years outside of high school.  From that, she created a Corporation to be able to branch out to run her own salon.

Once the idea of moving to Halsey, NE was discussed, Becci realized that Chad was moving there with or without her-- Not really because this business only works because Becci has such an awesome bubbly personality.  We have worked together to build and progress this business with Chad being the visionary and Becci being the analytical voice of reason.

 

Sandhill Sutton's continues to grow and evolve as a small business in Central NE.  Becci operates Sandhill Hair Studio.  Chad runs the ATV/SXS repair business, Porta Potty Rental and the FFL Sales and Transfers.  Both of us take responsibility of operating and maintaining the store itself.  We have some incredible part time help as well when our boys have sporting events or we just need a night off to refresh and recharge.
